This service, where groups of prospective home buyers visiting a number of foreclosed properties is one idea that seems to be working well for all parties involved.

With each tour, prospective investors and homebuyers spend approximately THREE  hours viewing  vacant foreclosure and bank owned homes, all at fire sale prices.  Guest speakers may attend the tour such as title company executives, home inspectors, or licensed contractors to help explain and point out obvious problems with any property viewed.   AN on-site agent or  mortgage representative will assist you with your mortgage PRE-QUALIFICATION LETTER unless already presented.
